My views on dating.

It’s a simple but powerful rule to keep in mind.

I do what I want. Why does it have to be marriage? Who says you even want to get married? Why can’t you enjoy a relationship with someone without rewriting your whole future for them? That’s like saying you can’t be friends with people unless you plan on keeping in touch with them for the rest of your life. Sometimes it’s not about the end goal. Sometimes you just have to enjoy the moment.

I’m going to disagree with you on this. What’s the point of being in a “relationship”? What do you gain from dating that you cannot get from friendship? I propose the only difference between being incredibly good friends and being in a dating relationship is your intentions of the future, because there’s nothing you do in a relationship that you cannot do in a friendship.
